A. The APCO Australasia (APCOA) Business Services Directory has been created to showcase both National and International businesses giving your company the opportunity to be included in a searchable directory, listing not only your name, address and contact phone number, but also your business profile, including areas of specialisation, services offered, size, geographic coverage and product ranges giving customers instant information on the products and services that you offer. This presents customers with incredible opportunities to potentially link up with you and to establish partnerships, share ideas and issues with colleagues in the emergency & public safety industries.
Q. Why are listings grouped in different colors in the BSD?
A. Every listing that is submitted to the BSD is included as a standard entry (green) within the categories. The color scheme groups are to identify the following:
APCOA Partners (GOLD)
APCOA Sponsors (GREY)
APCOA Exhibitors (BLUE)
Standard Entry (GREEN)
APCOA will advise which group you belong to upon receiving your listing.
Q. What if my company belongs to more than one category?
A. If you belong in more than one category, APCOA will add your listing to the appropriate categories more than once.
Q. How do I submit my listing on the APCOA Business Services Directory?
A. You will find a ‘submit listing’ button on the tab bar across the top of the directory which will display APCOA's Terms of Use. The Terms of Use must be read and accepted prior to submitting your listing, then enter all the required fields and submit. APCOA will then call you to confirm that the listing has been received and the next process of submitting your product images.
Q. Are there any costs involved?
A. No. All listings in the BSD are complimentary.
Q. Can I make amendments to my listing once its submitted?
A. Yes. You will find a “Manage Listing” button on the tab bar across the top of the directory. Please submit the required fields and APCOA will contact you to discuss your changes.
Q. How can I find out how many hits my listing has had?
A. To find out how many hits your listing has had, Please email enquiries@apcoaust.com.au, Please ensure you are listed as a representitive from the company or the results may not be sent.
Q. Does the listing expire?
A. No. Once you submit your listing to the BSD this will remain published on the BSD unless you advise in writing that you wish to be removed.
Q. Who can I speak to at APCOA for assistance?

APCOA is not responsible for any information or service that appears on the BSD and accuracy of information is the responsibility of each company submitting their listing.
Refusal of listing
APCOA has the right to refuse any listing that would not appeal or be suited to our readers. Only listings that is relevant and current to the Emergency Management, Emergency Services and Public Safety organisations will be considered appropriate for our readers. APOCA will contact you if your listing is considered not suitable.

There are 4 different types of groups in which the listings appear. These groups are as follows:
